Anurag Singh became a part of the Yolo family in December 2021, bringing with him nearly 5 years of experience in the content industry. With a background as a cricketer, Anurag's passion for sports has been instrumental in connecting iGaming with the world of sports. Prior to joining Yolo, he has also worked with prestigious organisations such as Mumbai Indians, the highly successful franchise in the Indian Premier League, and Cricbuzz, India's largest cricket network.

What was the biggest challenge when moving from India to Estonia?

Transitioning from a tropical country to snowy Estonia posed a significant challenge, but as you wholeheartedly embrace the change, you'll find that things gradually become more manageable.

Share your most challenging and the proudest moment at Yolo.

Successfully hosting an event in a foreign country independently, while ensuring an incredible experience for customers, presented significant challenges; however, the proudest achievement was establishing personal connections with VIPs and keeping them at the centre of our universe.

What do you enjoy most about the Estonian culture, people, and your team?

Estonian culture is incredibly diverse and culturally rich, and witnessing historical landmarks that were previously only seen in school textbooks was truly inspiring. Also, the opportunity to meet extraordinary individuals in Estonia has been a highlight, and as a team, we have remained united even during challenging times.I believe that Yolo offers endless possibilities, from a personal and a company standpoint. Innovation is encouraged, and ideas are always welcome. We're motivated to push ourselves and aim for greater heights, and I think that's what sets Yolo apart.

Do you have any tips on staying motivated?

I believe in maintaining a healthy work-life balance. From working out, playing sports, and pushing myself to achieve running milestones has consistently energised me and enabled me to approach work with a fresh mind, enabling me to surpass targets.

What is your career goal and what are your future steps to attain this at Yolo?

My ultimate dream is to lead a large team and Yolo has provided me with the ideal platform to accomplish this goal. By exposing me to diverse sectors of iGaming, Yolo has expanded my vision and deepened my passion for my job, creating an even greater love for what I do.

I feel lucky to work in a stimulating environment with state-of-the-art facilities, surrounded by individuals who consistently uplift and support my vision. With a team of ever-smiling colleagues, there is never a dull moment, making it an energising and fulfilling experience.
