As a Salesforce Developer, you'll lead configuration, customization, and administration of Salesforce org(s) to support various business units. Own integration pipelines, data migrations, user training, and stakeholder alignment. Serve as the bridge between technical teams (internal and third-party) and business stakeholders to deliver successful implementations and drive adoption.

Your daily tasks will be 

• Configure standard features (profiles, permissions, roles) and advanced features (APEX Class, Triggers, Flows, Visualforce pages, Lightning Web components etc.);
  
• Maintain and enhance security models (role hierarchies, sharing rules, etc.);
  
• Perform unit testing, integration testing, and support user acceptance testing to ensure the delivery of high-quality products;
  
• Evaluate the feasibility of alternative deployment strategies (Change Sets, DevOps Center, etc.) for future phases;
  
• Ability to effectively debug and resolve issues and/or defects which may be reported because of faults in the production system;
  
• Oversee data imports and exports, data cleansing, duplication management;
  
• Collaborate with other teams on integration strategies (APIs, middleware) and system architecture decisions;
  
• Propose or build integrative solutions;
  
• Create and maintain documentation (Confluence, Google Docs) for system architecture, data models, and release notes;
  
• Identify areas for continuous improvement in both process and technical design;
  
• Facilitate knowledge transfer across the broader Salesforce team (including new joiners);
  
• Participate in an Agile environment; daily scrum meetings, analyze assigned user stories, and identify and resolve technical gaps in user stories and business requirements;
  
• Assist in writing technical approach and design documentation as required;
  
• Provide guidance to junior administrators or cross-functional team members;
  
• Coordinate with the Salesforce Product Owner on roadmap and strategy for ongoing and future Salesforce phases.

What we expect from you

• 4+ years of total IT experience with at least 2+ years of Salesforce project development experience;
  
• Salesforce Administrator certification(s) (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator). Additional certs (Certified Platform Developer I, Certified Admin/App Builder);
  
• Experience using Salesforce configuration and customizations using Apex, Visualforce, Triggers, Scheduled and Batch classes etc;
  
• Experience with integration (REST, SOAP APIs, oAuth and Single Sign-On), data migration, and standard dev lifecycle (Sandbox > Staging > Production);
  
• Strong communication skills to translate business requirements into technical Salesforce solutions;
  
• Knowledge of DevOps, and Deployment tools such as GIT, Jenkins, JIRA, ANT, Change Sets and Force.com IDE;
  
• Proven track record in cross-team collaboration, stakeholder management, and delivering on tight deadlines.
