Financial Analyst
We are seeking a highly analytical and proactive FP&A Analyst to join our growing finance team. This role will support the financial planning and analysis function by delivering insightful financial reporting, driving budgeting and forecasting processes, and supporting strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, business-savvy, and eager to partner with key stakeholders across the organization.
Your daily tasks will be
- Assist in the development and execution of the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Perform financial modeling and scenario analysis to evaluate new business opportunities and assess risks and opportunities.
- Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual management reports, including KPI analysis, operational dashboards, and variance explanations.
- Collaborate with business leaders to provide financial insights and strategic recommendations that drive business performance.
- Work closely with the Business Intelligence (BI) team to enhance financial data visualization and reporting capabilities.
- Monitor and analyze key business trends, identifying risks and opportunities to improve financial performance.
- Assist in developing and improving financial processes, tools, and automation to enhance efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations by maintaining high ethical and financial reporting standards.
What we expect from you
- 2+ years of experience in financial planning & analysis, management reporting, or a related finance role.
- Industry experience in iGaming, technology, financial services, or other fast-paced, regulated environments is a plus.
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Proficiency in Excel, financial planning software, and BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Experience working with senior stakeholders, delivering financial insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Strong understanding of key financial concepts, including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and profitability drivers.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate financial data into clear business insights.
- A self-starter with a problem-solving mindset and a keen eye for process improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; professional certifications such as CFA, CPA, or ACCA are a plus.
