The role of the Community Manager for Yolo Entertainment (covering both Bitcasino.io & Sportsbet.io) is to actively manage and grow communities across various platforms, primarily focusing on Telegram. The community manager will engage with users, respond to queries, and foster conversations in regular and VIP channels. They will collaborate with internal teams and agencies to drive community initiatives and provide strategic insights to improve user engagement. This position requires a solid understanding of the online casino industry, competitor analysis, and community growth tactics to ensure a positive and active community experience.
✍️ Your daily tasks will be
- Overseeing and engaging with communities on Telegram, including both regular and VIP channels. Acting as the main point of contact, fostering positive conversations and relationships with community members.
- Managing external agencies responsible for community-related tasks, ensuring they align with the brand’s goals and meet community engagement targets.
- Actively responding to queries, comments, and discussions in real-time across Telegram and other platforms, ensuring a friendly and approachable presence.
- Staying informed of competitor activities within the online casino space. Analysing and recommending improvements to improve community engagement and brand presence.
- Working closely with CRM, Social Media, and Media Buying teams to align community initiatives with overall marketing strategies and to attract new users while maintaining strong relationships with active users.
- Planning, executing, and supporting both virtual and physical community events and competitions, driving engagement and loyalty.
- Collecting and reporting feedback from the community to inform product and service improvements. Providing actionable insights to internal teams based on user sentiment.
- Regularly tracking, analyzing, and reporting community metrics, including engagement, sentiment, and growth, using insights to continuously improve community initiatives.
- Identifying, interpreting, and capitalizing on existing or new social media trends, influencers, tools, and applications.
- Attending and supporting partner-related activities in representation of the company.
- Following up on decisions set by the Head of Social Media.
✔️ What we expect from you
- 2-4 years of experience managing online communities, particularly on Telegram, within the online casino, gaming, or betting industries.
- Strong familiarity with the competitive landscape and trends within the online casino space.
- In-depth knowledge of community management tools and platforms, particularly Telegram, with experience engaging users in real-time and resolving issues quickly.
- Proven experience working with external agencies and ensuring they deliver on community management expectations.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams such as CRM, Social Media, and Media Buying.
- Experience organizing and promoting events or competitions to drive community engagement.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to track and interpret community metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Proficiency in additional languages or experience managing multilingual communities is a plus.
As a Community Manager, you may occasionally be required to work outside regular hours, including weekends, to respond to urgent community needs. Overtime is mutually agreed upon and compensated with time off.
