Optimisation & Experimentation Lead will establish a culture of experimentation, drive data-informed decision-making, and collaborate cross-functionally to identify and test opportunities that improve both user experience and business outcomes.

This is a unique opportunity to shape a new capability from scratch and lead meaningful change at scale.

Your day-to-day

• Lead a multidisciplinary Experimentation & Optimisation team;
• Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for experimentation within the product;
• Drive the design, execution, and analysis of all experiments;
• Collaborate with:
• Product teams to align experimentation with roadmap goals.
  
• Engineering to integrate testing capabilities.
  
• Data and Product Analytics teams for test design and analysis.
  
• Product Design & Research to ensure human-centered hypotheses.
  

• Prioritise testing opportunities and manage the experimentation backlog;
• Standardise experimentation workflows, tools, and documentation;
• Translate experimental results into clear, actionable insights that inform product strategy and drive measurable UX improvements;
• Define success metrics and guardrails for experimentation at scale;
• Share learnings across the company to foster a culture of continuous improvement;
• Coach and mentor team members;
• Oversee performance management, professional development, and career growth opportunities for your direct reports

Your background and mindset

• Experience leading experimentation or growth optimisation teams;
  
• Strong understanding of A/B testing, behavioral analytics, and UX design thinking;
  
• Proficiency with tools like Optimizely, VWO, Convert, Amplitude, or similar;
  
• Ability to balance speed with scientific rigor;
  
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills;
  
• Strategic thinker with hands-on leadership style;
  
• Experience hiring, managing, and mentoring teams;
  
• Background in UX research or product design;
  
• Experience in cross-functional environments;
  
• Excellent verbal and written English communication;
  
• Previous experience in iGaming is a plus;
  
• Familiarity with crypto products is a plus.
