As a Content Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for managing and uploading multilingual content across various CMS tools, ensuring our customer communications are timely, accurate, and localized to the highest standard.

You’ll work closely with CRM specialists, translation teams, and freelancers to support campaigns and ensure a seamless content workflow from start to finish. You’ll also contribute to SEO efforts by uploading AI-generated content across multiple languages when needed.

Your daily tasks will be

• Upload translated CRM content across all supported languages using different CMS platforms.
• Coordinate with CRM specialists to ensure content is delivered and published according to schedule.
• Develop an in-depth understanding of the CMS tools to manage content efficiently.
• Take ownership of the CRM content workflow, from receiving translations to final publishing.
• Keep stakeholders informed when content has been uploaded or updated.
• Ensure that the correct translations are delivered and uploaded without errors.
• Write and upload AI-generated SEO content in various languages when requested.
• Follow up on deadlines with internal teams and freelancers to keep workflows on track.
• Double-check that each language version is uploaded to the correct URL.
• Conduct final quality control checks before and after content goes live.

What we expect from you

• Previous experience working with CMS tools (e.g. Marketing Cloud, Contentful, WordPress, etc.).
  
• Basic HTML knowledge.
  
• Exceptional attention to detail and a passion for accuracy.
  
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  
• Proactive communicator who’s comfortable coordinating with various teams.
  
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  
• A basic understanding of CRM and SEO content principles is a plus.
  
• Experience working with multilingual or localized content is a bonus.
  
• Comfortable working with AI-generated content and quality-checking translations.
