As a Corporate Lawyer, you'll advise business on their legal rights, responsibilities, and obligations. • Apply in-depth knowledge in a particular legal area along with broad domain expertise to solve problems and drive legal outcomes.

• Play a key role in the development and execution of the business vertical’s strategy, tracking objectives and ensuring alignment with company goals.
  
• Own the quality of legal work within your functional area, ensuring that the team consistently meets the high standards expected by the business.
  
• Demonstrate ambition and readiness to take on leadership roles within the legal team, or lead junior members as needed.
  
• Communicate clearly and persuasively throughout the implementation of legal solutions, ensuring buy-in from stakeholders and successful execution.
  
• Actively participate in strategic discussions to inform and create business strategies for your vertical, supporting the company’s overall success.
  

✔️ What we expect from you

• At least 5 years experience working as an in-house counsel or in a law firm.
  
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
  
• Ability to manage complex legal tasks and projects with minimal supervision.
  
• Strong leadership qualities and the ability to mentor junior team members.
  
• High attention to detail and the ability to maintain high standards of legal work.
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to present and get buy-in for legal solutions.

• Qualified solicitor/lawyer with a strong background in corporate law, particularly in the field of M&As, Intellectual Property and/or litigation.
  
• Proven depth of legal expertise in a particular area, combined with broad legal knowledge.
  
• Experienced in problem-solving within complex legal contexts.
  
• Demonstrated ability to manage junior legal staff and work collaboratively across departments.
  
• Expert risk and compliance knowledge, with experience in training others on these matters.
