As a Senior Account Manager, you'll manage client portfolios, drive revenue growth, and build long-term relationships. You'll identify upsell opportunities, lead negotiations, and align strategies with internal teams. Ensuring customer satisfaction, onboarding new partners, and analyzing market trends will be key to expanding client relationships and maintaining a competitive edge.
✍️ Your daily tasks will be
- Developing and executing account growth strategies to maximize revenue potential and expand client relationships;
- Managing a portfolio of clients maximising revenues for all internal business verticals;
- Identifying and executing up-sell and cross-sell opportunities for new markets and products;
- Leading commercial negotiations and strategic discussions with key clients;
- Building relationships and long-term strategic cooperation with assigned accounts;
- Providing ongoing analysis to customers and internal stakeholders;
- Delivering on agreed revenue targets across the different verticals;
- Working with internal stakeholders closely to align on strategies and deliver value to customers;
- Onboarding new partners to our platform;
- Providing ongoing data-driven insights to customers and internal stakeholders;
- Prioritising the requirements based on the input of stakeholders;
- Working closely with the technical teams to guarantee the quality of your product(s);
- Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention through proactive communication and support;
- Monitoring and reporting on account performance, including revenue growth and customer satisfaction;
- Conducting market and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth and maintain a competitive edge.
✔️ What we expect from you
- 3+ years’ experience in account management within the iGaming industry;
- Proven track record of exceeding revenue and growth targets within a sales/account manager role;
- Strong commercial acumen with a deep understanding of financial metrics (ROI, P&L impact);
- Expertise in identifying and executing growth opportunities, including upselling and cross-selling;
- Ability to build and nurture strategic partnerships with senior stakeholders;
- Strong negotiation, decision-making, and problem-solving skills;
- Expertise in identifying and executing growth opportunities, including upselling and cross-selling;
- Experience working cross-functionally with developers, QA, and business stakeholders;
- Experience with promotions, marketing strategies, and industry trends;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English;
- Knowledge of iGaming products (slots, table games, live dealer, sports betting);
- Ability to anticipate client needs and proactively address challenges;
- Confidence in public speaking, presenting solutions, and representing the company at industry events;
- Flexibility to travel regularly for client meetings and industry events;
- Proficiency in account management platforms, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
