As the Head of Enterprise Solutions and Procurement at Yolo, you will lead the global IT services teams and procurement strategy. This senior role involves developing and managing IT services, overseeing procurement activities, and collaborating across departments to deliver scalable solutions that drive growth in iGaming and technology. You will establish a robust framework to support global operations, focusing on innovation, cost-efficiency, and security.

✍️ Your daily tasks will be

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement a global IT services (TechSupport, Access Management, Salesforce teams) strategy that is scalable, efficient, and aligned with the overall business objectives and growth trajectory.
  
• Risk Assessments and Audits: Lead IT services risk assessments and audits, and establish comprehensive guidelines around procurement, access management, system integrations, automation, and asset management.
  
• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with executive leadership to align IT and procurement strategies with company values and business priorities, ensuring clear communication of key initiatives and outcomes.
  
• Procurement Strategy: Design and implement a cohesive procurement strategy across all regions, ensuring alignment with business goals, optimising supplier relationships, and driving cost efficiencies.
  
• Direct and oversee the procurement process, including sourcing, negotiation, contract management, and vendor performance evaluation.
  
• Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements through strategic sourcing and vendor consolidation.
  
• Establish and monitor KPIs to measure procurement efficiency and supplier performance.
  
• Develop and enforce procurement policies and ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards.
  
• Supplier and Contract Management: Oversee the selection, negotiation, and management of key vendors and suppliers, ensuring that all contracts support operational excellence and strategic goals.
  
• Spend Optimisation: Implement strategic sourcing, contract lifecycle management, and procurement best practices that drive value and innovation, while ensuring compliance with global standards and regulations.
  
• Leverage data analytics to inform procurement decisions and forecast future needs.
  
• Enterprise Solutions: Oversee the implementation, management, and optimisation of enterprise resource planning (ERP) and procurement technologies.
  
• Ensure seamless integration of systems across departments to streamline operations and improve data visibility.
  
• Stay ahead of technology trends to recommend and adopt innovative tools that drive efficiency and cost savings.
• Security Leadership: Oversee the development and optimisation of IT access control systems and risk-based security measures to protect critical assets across all offices and platforms.
  
• Policy Management: Ensure that access control policies are dynamic and adapted to meet the evolving security needs of each IT solution, ensuring they meet both security and automation requirements while facilitating a seamless user experience.
  
• Access Control: Oversee IT access control systems to ensure the security of all accounts, adapting policies to meet the needs of each solution.
  
• Process and Procedures: Regularly review and optimise IT access control procedures, ensuring they meet security and automation requirements while maintaining a seamless experience for employees and partners.
  
• IT Operations Alignment: Create strong collaboration with internal teams, such as, TechSupport, Access Management, IT Infrastructure and Cybersecurity, to ensure cohesive IT service delivery and security.
  
• Business Integration: Champion a culture of integration, automation, and transparency across IT operations, ensuring data visibility, auditable processes, and the seamless interaction of systems across the company.
  
• Strategic Reporting: Provide regular updates to senior leadership on IT and procurement performance, risk management, and security postures, presenting actionable insights and adjustments as needed.
  
• Global Accountability: Ensure the delivery of IT services and procurement excellence across all regions, with a focus on continuous improvement, innovation, and adaptability to support a dynamic and rapidly scaling global business.
  

✔️ What we expect from you

• 5+ years of experience in an IT management role, ideally in a multi-office or global setting
  
• Proven experience developing and implementing IT service strategies
  
• Experience working closely with senior stakeholders and managing IT operations in diverse environments
  
• Knowledge of modern IAM tools and SaaS solutions
  
• Experience conducting access audits, risk assessments and setting up IT frameworks
  
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence cross-functional teams
  
• Excellent organisational skills with a detail-oriented approach
  
• Ability to manage IT issues in a dynamic and growing environment
