As a Graphic Designer, you will oversee all aspects of our B2B brands’ visual identity, including brand guidelines, creative direction and lead the design and development of branded marketing assets across digital and offline formats. You should be an expert in visual design, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to create promotional videos that communicate our messages effectively. This role reports to the Head of Marketing. 

✍️ Your daily tasks will be 

• Designing visually appealing marketing materials, including: presentations, sales sheets, social media graphics, email templates, website design, print materials;
  
• Creating attention grabbing promotional videos for use at exhibitions, social media and other channels;
  
• Taking charge of marketing collateral across multiple channels;
• Designing and maintaining our brand identity, including logos, colour palettes, typography, and other visual elements;
  
• Managing multiple design projects at once, ensuring that deadlines are met and quality is maintained;
  
• Staying up to date on the latest design trends and techniques, incorporating them into our marketing materials as appropriate;
  
• Collaborating and providing feedback and guidance to other teams on design projects, helping to maintain consistency and quality across all materials;
  
• Exploring and integrating AI tools into the design process where applicable;
  
• Ad-hoc Marketing & Communications design tasks.

✔️ What we expect from you

• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in marketing design, with a strong portfolio of work;
  
• Expertise in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign);
  
• Expert in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Premier Pro, Adobe After Effects, Adobe XD, MS PowerPoint, Figma;
  
• Knowledge of basic HTML;
  
• Strong understanding of typography, colour theory, and layout design;
  
• Experience in designing for digital platforms, including email, social media, and web;
  
• Strong creative and conceptual thinking, with the ability to bring innovative ideas to life;
  
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey design concepts and ideas;
  
• Excellent collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team;
  
• Excellent in written and verbal English;
  
• Familiarity with AI design tools is a plus;
• Previous experience in iGaming is a plus.
