✍️ Your daily tasks will be
- Manage a portfolio of clients maximizing revenues for all internal business verticals;
- Manage up-sell towards existing customers (up-selling new markets and products);
- Take ownership of commercial negotiations and other supporting activities with respective customers;
- Build relationships and long-term strategic cooperation with assigned accounts;
- Provide ongoing analysis to customers and internal stakeholders;
- Deliver on agreed revenue targets;
- Work with internal stakeholders closely;
- Onboarding new partners to our platform;
- Gathering business requirements for your product(s);
- Prioritizing the requirements based on the input of stakeholders;
- Working closely with the technical teams to guarantee the quality of your product(s);
- Traveling regularly to customers, and to events.
✔️ What we expect from you
- 3+ years’ experience working in a similar position in the iGaming industry;
- Knowledge of iGaming markets and the latest trends in the industry;
- Experience in managing key accounts with specific experience in delivering growth;
- Being passionate about sales and online gaming in general: slots, table games, live dealing, sports betting and country-specific variants;
- Strength at building meaningful relationships, have great negotiation, decision-making and problem-solving skills;
- Sound commercial acumen, understanding of ROI and analytical approach is considered a plus;
- Working closely with cross-functional teams (developers, QA, business stakeholders, etc);
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, and speaking Turkish is a bonus;
- Knowledge of promotions and marketing.
