Tradeart is a forward-thinking company that is shaking up the online sports betting scene with our state-of-the-art next generation sports trading software with aggregated feeds, automated predictive risk management and odds trading control. Thanks to our base of B2B clients, we are now gearing up for expansion and are on the lookout for a dynamic Head of Sales to drive us forward.
Your main task will involve selling our sports trading software by tapping into your connections in the online sports betting industry to bring in clients and grow our customer base. This role carries weight as it has the potential to shape the direction of our company.
✍️ Your daily tasks will be
- Craft and implement a sales strategy that aligns with Tradeart’s business objectives focusing on attracting B2B clients within the online sports betting sector;
- Make use of your contacts in the online sports betting industry to discover and secure business opportunities. Actively broaden your network through targeted outreach efforts and industry involvement.
- Establish and nurture enduring customer relationships ensuring levels of satisfaction and fostering repeat business;
- Analyze the market to spot trends, opportunities, and challenges in the sports betting sector. Tailor sales approaches accordingly to stay competitive;
- Collaborate closely with the product development team to share market feedback, for shaping product improvements and innovations;
- Enhance growth by increasing sales by signing up new customers, ensures monthly revenue growth of existing customers and building strong relationships with new clients.
✔️ What we expect from you
- 5 years of experience in sales positions preferably in the online sports betting industry. Demonstrated success in selling software solutions is highly valued;
- A solid network of clients within the sports betting field is crucial. Displayed ability to utilize this network for business expansion;
- Exceptional talent in devising and implementing sales strategies that boost revenue growth and market presence;
- Skills and communication abilities, capable of explaining software benefits effectively to a diverse audience;
- Demonstrated leadership skills with a knack for motivating teams towards achieving and exceeding customers’ and market needs;
- Thrive in a dynamic setting adapting to changing business requirements and market conditions.
