As a Service Operations Specialist, you'll play a crucial role within the VIP Services team, focusing on the coordination of the consumption of the Bombay assets. 🚀

✍️ Your daily tasks will be
Ensure the consumption of Bombay Collection assets is coordinated to maximize the experience of our elite clients, and the commercial potential of Bombay by:
Implement processes that allow Client Directors, Development Managers, and B2B Sales Managers to identify availability and book events within the Bombay Collection;
Managing the service teams’ feedback on client interactions (likes and dislikes for food, drinks, gaming, etc) to enable client managers to maintain an up-to-date database of their clients to influence future experiences in the Bombay Collection;
Managing and updating requests from Service Operations Manager, Bombay asset managers (hotel manager, yacht captain) and gaming managers (casino managers) regarding restrictions to availability;
Owning the success of events, client profiles and requests allocated to you, providing a seamless management of the projects, including liaising with internal teams and external vendors;
Resolving conflicts and proactively offering solutions when demand surpasses availability;
Understanding the experience Bombay offers and ensuring that operational processes allow the seamless movement of clients within the Bombay ecosystem.
✔️ What we expect from you
Strong relationship-building and communication skills;
Ability to work 1-2 weekends per month as required (time in lieu will be provided);
Ability to travel to other Bombay Collection locations if required;
2+ years experience in a process-driven operational or resource management role;
Experience organising events with knowledge of the key criteria for success;
Experience implementing and administering an availability/scheduling tool;
Highly organised with strong attention to detail;
Numerate with the ability to design metrics that define how well we are leveraging our assets
Ability to design and execute operationally focused processes;
Committed to delivering the absolute best elite VIP experience;
Strong arbitration skills required in dealing with teams with potentially competing objectives;
Self-motivator with an ability to proactively get things done;
Good in a social setting where it may become necessary to solicit feedback first-hand from our VIP clients.
