As a Croupier/Inspector, you will be responsible for dealing and inspecting the games (Roulette, Blackjack, Baccarat, various Stud poker variations, and other casino games on offer) at a very high standard to our VIP guests in Bombay Club and Studio. 

✍️ Your daily tasks will be 

• Dealing and adhering to gaming procedures on and off the table.
  
• Inspecting games and providing guidance to fellow croupiers when issues arise.
  
• Understanding the customer needs and expectations and offering them the best possible gaming experience.
  
• Communicating with colleagues on all matters relating to operation consistency.
  
• Upholding a high standard of personal appearance and professionalism without necessitating reminders.
  
• Receiving and offering guidance when the context of gaming operations demands it.
  
• Following the Procedure Manual for work.
  
  

✔️ What we expect from you

• A minimum of two years of experience dealing and inspecting VIP games in a casino environment, or successful completion of the internally conducted training program organized by the Bombay Group, or passing the evaluation.
  
• Proficiency to deal various casino games on a VIP level both in the Casino and in the game studio. Games include but are not limited to Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack, and various variations of Stud poker.
  
• The ability to communicate in a consistently professional and courteous manner.
  
• Having an exceptionally affable demeanor, demonstrated consistently both during gameplay and in interpersonal interactions.
  
• The ability of predisposition for empathy, accommodation, and respect in interactions with colleagues.
  
• Willingness to be flexible in terms of shift assignments and working hours.
  
• The capacity to anticipate the needs and preferences of guests.
  
• Proficiency in English is a must; any other language is beneficial.
• EU citizenship.
