Our Finance department is growing, and we are looking for an Accountant to join us on our journey! 🚀

✍️ Your daily tasks will be

To ensure that the source documents are verified:

• Purchase invoices;
  
• Expense claims;
  
• Travel reports;
• Sending invoices to the right confirmation rounds;
  
• Cost split according to projects.

To adhere to monthly closing deadlines set by the CFO and follow monthly closing processes:

• Make sure all necessary invoices are added to the accounting software;
  
• Aged Payables report check;
  
• Fixed assets reporting (draft check, amortization run, check with balance sheet);
  
• Prepaid expenses (draft check, periodising run, check with balance sheet);
  
• Aged Receivables report check;
  
• Other receivables/other liabilities accounts check;
  
• Intercompany sales invoices (preparation and sending out);
  
• Billable expenses account check.
  

Reporting

• Submit VAT/VD reports;
  
• Prepare an annual report.
  

Additional

• Prepare payments in the bank (daily);
  
• Reconcile bank accounts by gathering and balancing information (weekly);
  
• Submit statistic reports;
  
• Communication with other teams;
  
• Helping to choose the right company details for documents and change payment methods if needed;
  
• Assisting other team members in preparing periodic and ad hoc financial reports if needed.

✔️ What we expect from you

• Excellent written and verbal English and Estonian;
• A bachelor's degree in accounting;
• 1+ years of experience working as an Accountant;
  
• Good knowledge of accounting legislation, procedures, and principles;
  
• Experience with Microsoft Excel;
• Initiative and great decision-making skills;
  
• Strong communication skills;
  
• Attention to detail, accuracy, correctness and the ability to prioritize tasks based on urgency;
  
• Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines;
  
• Excellent time management skills;
  
• Ability to adapt and adjust in a fast-paced environment;
  
• Honesty and sense of responsibility.
