✍️ Your daily tasks will be 

• Monitoring the work of casino and game studio personnel and verifying the accuracy of deposits and withdrawals.
  
• Monitoring casino employees and customers to prevent potential personal or property-related crimes; ensuring that all staff follows procedural rules and the company's general internal regulations.
  
• Being aware of customer service goals, procedural rules, work organization rules, or job guides and consistently adhering to them and monitoring that all casino employees follow them.
  
• Checking the accuracy of casino customers' gameplay and behavior during their stay in the entertainment center.
  
• Ensuring that all necessary work documents are filled out accurately and carefully.
  
• Participating in training and workshops provided by the company, including training on various casino games.
  
• Participating in training related to safety and security.
  
• Training Junior Surveillance Specialists when required.
  
• Making sure the incoming Surveillance Specialist will be informed of all the incidents that have happened during the previous shift.
  
• Making sure that all incidents are also reported daily to the Head of Surveillance.
  
• Make sure that when away from any technical device (computers, iPads, etc.) it would be closed, and access to data would not be possible without proper authorization.

✔️ What we expect from you

• Games procedural knowledge and Live Studio experience (also land-based Casino experience is beneficial).
  
• 2 years of experience in surveillance, security, or law enforcement, preferably in a casino or gaming environment is a must-have.
  
• 2+ years of experience in either field. CCTV knowledge is preferred.
  
• Proficiency in operating and troubleshooting surveillance equipment and software.
• Excellent analytical and investigative skills.
  
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  
• Discretion and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
  
• Good level of English language.
