Project Manager (Portuguese speaking)
Our Country Management department is looking for a Project Manager to join us on our journey! 🚀

✍️ Your daily tasks will be
- Planning and execution of projects: develop and implement detailed project
plans, including defining scope, schedules, budgets, and necessary resources to
ensure project success; - Collaboration with stakeholders: work closely with internal and external teams,
including developers, designers, marketing specialists, and other stakeholders to
ensure the timely delivery of projects and meet expected quality standards; - Project lifecycle management: monitor and control project progress, ensuring
they align with established goals, identify risks, and take corrective actions
when necessary; - Resource management: allocate resources appropriately, optimize capacity, and
ensure the team has the necessary resources to execute projects efficiently; - Continuous improvement: constantly evaluate existing processes and
procedures, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions to optimize
operational efficiency and user experience; - Market trends monitoring: stay updated on the latest trends and technological
advancements in the sports betting industry, identifying opportunities to improve
the platform and provide an exceptional user experience.
✔️ What we expect from you
- Proven experience as a Digital Project Manager, preferably in the sports betting
industry or projects related to online gaming; - Solid knowledge of agile project management methodologies;
- Leadership skills capable of motivating and guiding multidisciplinary teams in a
fast-paced environment; - The ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely;
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities;
- Results-oriented, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and
within budget; - Fluent in verbal and written Portuguese.
