Our Finance department is growing, and we are looking for a Payroll Accountant to join us on our journey! 🚀

✍️ Your daily tasks will be 

• Payroll management;
  
• Preparation and ensuring of accurate salary payments;
• Reconciling payroll-related bank accounts;
  
• Payroll financial and vacation reserve entries to Balanced.io;
  
• Ensuring the accuracy of payroll financials;
  
• Maintaining payroll files;
  
• Preparing tax declarations and uploading them to EMTA;
  
• Submit payroll statistical reports;
  
• Open communication with employees relating to salary and tax calculations;
  
• Preparing an internal salary report.
  

✔️ What we expect from you

• A degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics and 2+ years of experience working as a Payroll Accountant;
  
• Experience with payroll management (including payroll management for scheduled employees);
  
• Knowledge of accounting legislation and principles;
  
• Very good knowledge of labor law and applicable tax laws;
  
• Experience in preparing payroll and tax reports, as well as answering payroll inquiries;
  
• Excellent written and verbal English and Estonian;
  
• Attention to detail, accuracy, and correctness;
  
• Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines;
  
• Initiative and great decision-making skills;
• Experience with Palk365 is a bonus;
  
• Honesty and sense of responsibility.
