The Integration specialist role at TradeArt requires engaging in direct technical communication with clients' IT departments to facilitate the integration of TradeArt services with either new or existing clients. The integration process commences once the transfer of client integration from the business level to the technical level is completed by the business development department. The integration process concludes once the Client Manager approves the status/state of the client integration.

✍️ Your daily tasks will be 

• Assisting both new and existing TradeArt clients in setting up and connecting data feeds between TradeArt and the client's system, and promptly addressing any issues that arise during integration.
  
• Ensuring that client data is complete and accurate throughout the integration and trial phases.
  
• Maintaining documentation related to client integrations, both for internal and external use.
  
• Managing multiple clients located in different regions.
  
• Maintaining ongoing communication with the Core development team to stay informed of any updates or changes to the platform.
  
• Escalating any unresolved issues to the appropriate parties.
  
• Proactively coordinating with the technical teams of clients to ensure smooth integration and oversee all aspects of client implementation.
  

✔️ What we expect from you

• Experience in quality assurance activities, such as developing and executing test plans, identifying and reporting defects, and working with development teams to resolve issues.
• Alternatively, 1 year of experience in software development, with proficiency in one or more programming languages.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to effectively analyze and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Basic knowledge of network communications, including concepts such as TCP/IP, HTTP, and DNS.
• Effective communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to produce high-quality technical documentation and communicate effectively with team members and clients.

• Proficiency in working with JSON objects, which are commonly used for exchanging data between applications.
• Experience in Linux command line, which is often used for managing servers and applications running on Linux operating system. This includes executing commands, navigating the file system, managing permissions, and configuring system settings using various command line tools.
  
• Experience in Kubernetes, which is an open-source container orchestration platform used for automating deployment, scaling, and management of containerized applications. This includes knowledge of Kubernetes architecture, deployment and scaling of containerized applications, configuration of Kubernetes resources such as pods, services, and volumes, as well as troubleshooting and debugging issues in a Kubernetes environment.
  
• Experience (even minimal) with .NET.
  
• Experience with SQL queries.
  
• Previous experience working in the sports betting industry, which may include knowledge of betting markets, odds, and regulations.
