As an Affiliate Manager, you will help run the day-to-day operations of the affiliate program brands we own, recruit new partners and manage existing affiliates to expand our affiliate program reach.

✍️ Your daily tasks will be

• Motivating, seeking, and engaging new affiliates to join the program;
  
• Effectively selling the program propositions and onboarding new partners while optimizing performance and negotiating commercial deals;
  
• Developing one-on-one relationships with key affiliates to drive incremental sales;
  
• Regularly reviewing affiliate sites and marketing practices, ensuring compliance with Company policies, and discovery for increased value and sales optimization;
  
• Supporting other acquisitions channels for the seamless execution of various campaigns across core markets;
  
• Measuring, evaluating, and scaling campaigns to achieve incremental revenue Growth;
• Create and propose new promotions/actions to distribute to the affiliate networks via newsletters and other affiliate communications to support meeting targets and KPI goals.

✔️ What we expect from you

• At least two years experience in an Affiliate Manager role;
• Excellent communication skills;
• Able to plan and execute sales outreach strategies and create marketing plans that deliver to hard KPI targets of new customer sign-ups against a set company-wide budget;
• Able to build and maintain relationships with affiliates across a range of products and regions to maximize profitability and performance;
  
• Able to liaise with internal and external stakeholders at all levels to communicate effectively any marketing plans or results.
