You'll be an essential member of the VIP Team, providing an unbeatable experience for our VIP clients. You will provide a service that exceeds our customer expectations, taking ownership and ensuring queries and issues are resolved on the first contact. You'll be working in a fast-paced environment that is constantly evolving and innovating, putting our customers at the heart of everything we do.

✍️ Your daily tasks will be 

•  Building long-term customer relationships to increase engagement and gain the loyalty and trust of Turkish VIP players;
• Taking ownership of the assigned portfolio and managing players proactively;
  
• Acting upon opportunities that drive retention, growth, and reactivation;
• Monitoring new potential VIPs, increasing product and brand knowledge;
  
• Carrying out daily reviews of biggest winnings and losses;
  
• Identifying and providing data-driven solutions and applying the best industry practices in solving queries and taking full ownership of escalated customer issues;
  
• Analyzing the performance of your portfolio and key KPIs;
  
• Applying the best practice concerning hosting and attending VIP events, which require frequent traveling.
