Studio Operations Manager
Our Studio in Argentina is growing, and we are looking for a Studio Operations Manager to lead our team and run the studio operations, ensuring a great customer experience through the quality of the processes! 🎉

✍️ Your daily tasks will be
- Running studio operations in compliance with global regulations, guidelines and requirements by developing a solid management team and setting operational goals for each function.
- Identifying the necessary adjustments and/or improvements to meet globally set KPIs and OKRs.
- Planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions of Shift Managers and Assistant Shift Managers; providing feedback to the Head of Live Studios regarding the Technical Operations Manager and all team’s performance.
- Communicating to the HR manager all disciplinary and staff-related issues.
- Accomplishing staff results by communicating job expectations and feedback, offering daily support, direction, and assistance to the subordinates in all areas, and motivating teams and individuals to achieve set targets.
- Ensuring continuous and properly organized communication flow within a team, other departments, and the corporate office.
- Analyzing and resolving quality and service issues, identifying trends, and recommending system improvements.
- Developing and maintaining internal documentation (manuals, procedures, regulations etc.) for subordinates in compliance with general Company policies and supporting business needs.
- Forecasting and tracking of the Operation’s related costs to achieve accuracy of the spending and compliance with the budget.
- Carry out any other duties that the company may reasonably request that meet the needs of the business.
- Be the Brand Ambassador both at and outside of the workplace.
✔️ What we expect from you
- Experience managing units of 100+ employees, supervisors or first-time managers (3+ years) and minimum 1 year, managing Team managers/Team Leaders in Live Dealer Casino operations.
• Promotion and implementation of best practices in Live Dealer Casino
operations.
• Experience and ability to optimize studio operations by applying Lean and Six
Sigma methodologies.
• Proven track records of significant quality improvements and optimizations
in the Live Dealer Casino industry.
• Experience and knowledge of general IT setup of Online Casinos,
B2B integrations processes and physical security standards in a 24/7 studio.
• Financial basic knowledge and budgeting experience.
• Excellent spoken and written English and conversational level of Spanish.
• Powerful leadership qualities. Preferably staff coaching, mentoring, and developing skills.
• Strong project management experience with the ability to work independently.
• Good negotiation, mediation, problem/complaint/request-solving skills.
• Analytical thinking and good prioritization skills.
• Result-oriented attitude and high sense of responsibility.
