Our Bombay Live Studio is looking for a Broadcast Technician to join us on our journey! 🚀

You'll be making sure, that all of the systems and equipment at our Studio premises function daily, as well as executing change requests. You'll work closely with Broadcast Engineers to test, maintain and integrate new systems. 🎥

✍️ Your daily tasks will be 

• Installation, testing, and operation of equipment, such as audio equipment, media, and light
  
• Continuous streaming services configuration and up-keeping
  
• Troubleshooting daily technical issues (software and hardware)
  
• Perform minor repairs of the equipment and software maintenance
  
• Prepare reports outlining past, current, and future daily tasks and activities at the end of each shift, and make sure all pending tasks from the previous shift are completed as requested
  
• Report equipment problems, ensure that repairs are made, and make emergency repairs to equipment when needed
  
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the management
  
  

✔️ Good to have

• Relevant Professional education and/or experience in IT or Audio & Video production
  
• Fluency in verbal and written English
  
• General knowledge of Windows and UNIX operating systems
  
• Good knowledge of Computer Hardware (building, modifications, upgrades)
  
• Knowledge of Audio and Video equipment would be an advantage 
  
• Awareness of electronic working principles
  
• Ability to take ownership, work independently and in a team
• Ability to plan and prioritize tasks efficiently
  
• Knowledge of Jira and Confluence
