You'll be an essential member of the VIP Team, providing an unbeatable experience for our VIP clients. You will provide a service that exceeds our customer expectations, taking ownership and ensuring queries and issues are resolved on the first contact. The business is expanding rapidly, so you'll be used to working in a fast-paced environment which is constantly evolving and innovating, putting our customers at the heart of everything we do. 

✍️ Your daily tasks will be

•  Building long-term customer relationships with our Japanese VIP players to increase their engagement and to gain their loyalty and trust. 
  
• Taking ownership of the assigned portfolio and managing players proactively.
• Acting upon opportunities that drive retention, growth, and reactivation, monitoring new potential VIPs, increase product and brand knowledge.
• Carrying out daily reviews of biggest winnings and losses, take advantage of most recent player betting behaviours.
• Identifying and providing data-driven solutions and applying the best industry practices in solving the queries and taking full ownership of escalated customer issues.
• Analysing performance of your portfolio and key KPI’s.
• Applying the best practice in relation to hosting and attending events.

✔️ What we expect from you

• Very good Japanese language skills, both written and verbal.
• Good communication skills.
• Proactive can-do attitude, can handle stressful situations and conversations with the players.
• Project management skills.
• The ability to prioritise the most important things to focus on. 
• Analytical skills.
• Excellent level of writing and listening skills in English.
