In this role, you'll have the opportunity to collaborate with and support our global affiliate account management teams by delivering essential operational items for the success of our partnerships. Are you service-driven and a self-starter who enjoys working in a busy and varied environment? The affiliate coordinator role manages and prioritizes multiple competing requests to effectively deliver outstanding support and service to both internal and external stakeholders in the affiliate marketing teams. You'll also be collaborating across different functions and communicating effectively with all peer levels of the organization.

✍️ Your daily tasks will be 

• Support the affiliate and country managers by assisting with Advertising support, Technical Tracking, and reporting administrative operations
  
• Answering incoming inquiries from affiliates and other departments to problem solve and provide excellent customer service
  
• Ensure delivery of all essential operational items for online partnerships such as creative banner management, partner onboarding & approvals, transaction queries, and more
  
• Collaborate with business marketing, operation, and account management teams to maintain and implement global operational processes that support all aspects of our affiliate program
• Support Affiliate Managers with research and other administrative tasks
  
• Work collaboratively with product and development teams to support new promotions and campaign execution
  
• Provide support services at company conferences, expos, and events assisting with the management and delivery of brand and promotions at these events

• A problem solver with strong interpersonal skills and an ability to interact with all levels of an organization
• Excellent analytical and prioritization skills, having a data-first approach
• Hands-on experience in content creation (technical documentation or user guides as well as setting up and sending monthly newsletters) is a bonus
  
• Advanced level of knowledge of Excel
