✍️ Your daily tasks will be
- Assist customer-facing departments with any casino queries or issues that may arise
- Help investigate and escalate casino technical issues
- Help facilitate requests to the Analytics team and analyze brand performance
- Learn, use and train others with Casino Backoffices
- Help the Casino CRM Manager to set up and execute Casino campaigns as needed
- Be responsible for day-to-day relationships with game providers
- Secure commercial agreements with game providers for promotional deals that will be marketed to players
- Be responsible for the presentation of the games on the sites with the aim of maximizing gameplay
- Take a data-focused and commercially savvy approach to game positioning, game launches, and promotional emphasis of games
- Work closely with the Head of CRM to ensure the games are effectively represented in all marketing material and to ensure that promotional opportunities around the game titles are optimized
✔️ What we expect from you
- At least 1-year experience in the iGaming space, ideally in online casinos
- Experience with online marketing is a plus
- Good knowledge and interest in live casino and slot games
- A team player but can also work independently when required
- Organized character with an attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Always looking to improve how we do things
- Excellent level of verbal and written English
