Hub88 is a content distribution platform with over 70 game providers. The Hub88 platform connects operators and suppliers. The platform processes over 30+ million wallet transactions per day over two regions, Europe and Asia.
Hub88 provides an end-to-end software solution covering content delivery and operator’s operations management through its back-office which exposes features such as content management, reporting, etc.
As a Hub developer, you will be designing, developing, and scaling reliable software that powers a large volume of requests per second.

💪 Challenges

• Efficient handling of time-sensitive requests across the entire pipeline of suppliers to hub88, hub88 to operators, and vice versa;
• Continuous improvement of our products and services to adapt to new regulations and markets;
• Designing and implementing scalable database (PostgreSQL) solutions that conform to our system’s load and requirements;
• Proactively improving systems performance - based on applications metric data.

✍️ Your daily life

• Craft scalable distributed services with Elixir;
• Maintain and improve the performance of existing systems;
• Integrate third-party systems and services;
• Working with multiple big data sources;
• Collecting and interpreting systems/solution/database metrics;
• Participate in software architecture decisions.
   

🤩 We expect from you

• 5+ years experience in building scalable/fault-tolerant software solutions;
• Strong knowledge of building distributed systems with Elixir or Erlang;
• Ability to trace and tune systems performance bottlenecks;
• Ability to work and maintain PostgreSQL databases;
• Strong knowledge of designing well-documented APIs and system interfaces;
• Working with message brokers and streams, e.g RabbitMQ or similar tools;
• Very good in verbal and written English.
