As a CRM Manager, you will own and deliver data-driven CRM campaigns for the Japanese market. You will be happy working autonomously with responsibility for delivering projects as well as working as part of a team, handling stressful situations and working to tight deadlines. You’ll be enthusiastic and passionate about your role and have a clear understanding of how it contributes to the overall success of the company. We expect the manager to have local knowledge within the sectors and to be able to plan and implement a strategy to achieve our goals. You will have hands-on experience of planning, building and optimising CRM campaigns, as well as exceptional knowledge of creating and delivering CRM strategies. Our mission is to take our brands in Japan to the moon and we see you as the pilot of that journey!
✍️ Overview of your job responsibilities
You are accountable for planning, testing, and optimising communication funnels across multiple channels, and deliver data-driven CRM campaigns for the target audience for multiple brands.
You are able to collaborate with other departments to integrate CRM into the brands’ overall marketing activities.
Collaborate with B2B partners to integrate CRM into our marketing activities effectively to increase performance.
Be an expert at all CRM related tools used across the company.
You will ensure effective, consistent delivery of customer lifecycle and reactivation communications across all channels; email, website, push notifications, etc.
Ability to manage quality control, content, design and brand in CRM campaigns and hands-on experience using CRM tools.
Ability to create segmented, sophisticated messaging strategies and personalised offers for customers of both the casino product and sports product.
Have an understanding of our competitors’s CRM activity to ensure our content and promotions remain competitive.
✔️ What we expect from you
3+ years of experience with CRM Management
Excellent verbal and written Business Level Japanese and English
Hands-on experience of managing the creation and delivery of effective CRM campaigns across multiple channels
Experience of creating, executing and analysing conversion rates, life cycle funnels, and campaign success
Experience of CRM reporting and analytics, in order to obtain actionable insights to inform CRM strategy and optimisation.
Team-player mentality and can collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop new initiatives and improve existing programs
Independence - you have excellent time and task management abilities and can complete your tasks with speed and accuracy without constant supervision
Experience in the iGaming sector is a plus
