Our TradeArt team is looking for Front-end Developers to help take our technology to the next level!

TradeArt is the product the internal Trading team uses for trading services, giving us fast feedback on development and features. In other words, all feature requests and validation come only from in-house. With TradeArt, we combine the best breed feeds for each event, including manual trading. Flexible and intuitive BackOffice allows configuring and doing real-time risk management for all customers and event types, including risk management on the customer level. If one of the feed providers is temporarily unavailable, TradeArt seamlessly switches to another feed provider. They are making operations available 24/7/365.

💪 Challenges

• Develop and implement user-facing features, ensuring the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
  
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, backend developers, and other stakeholders, to create visually appealing and responsive user interfaces for web applications.
  
• Work closely with the QA team to ensure the delivery of high-quality, bug-free applications.
  
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
  
• Create comprehensive unit and integration tests to ensure the reliability and robustness of front-end components.
  
• Troubleshoot and debug frontend issues, identifying and resolving performance bottlenecks and usability challenges
  
• Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality, consistency, and adherence to coding guidelines.
  
• Stay updated with emerging frontend technologies and best practices, and recommend improvements to enhance the development process.
  

🤩 We expect from you

• Proven experience as a Frontend engineer or similar role (4+ years)
• An understanding of common programming paradigms and fundamental React principles, such as React components, hooks, and the React lifecycle
• Solid understanding of JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3
• Experience with Redux or other state management libraries (MobX, XState, etc.)
• Good knowledge of Unit and integration tests knowledge
• Ability to both collaborate with team members and to work independently
• Excellent level of written and verbal English
• Willingness to learn new technologies

🤩 Nice to have:

• Experience with web performance optimization techniques and tools
• Familiarity with build tools such as Webpack and Babel.
• Familiarity with Styled Components, Tailwind, or similar CSS-in-JS libraries
• Knowledge of backend technologies and their interaction with frontend development
• Constitution to open-source projects or personal coding projects
• Understanding of UI/UX design principles and experience in designing responsive and visually appealing web applications.
