As the Employer Branding Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in portraying Yolo as the preferred employer, safeguarding and improving our exceptional brand image and drawing top talent that resonates with our core DNA - fun, fast, fair.
Your key focus will be establishing a global employer brand for Yolo Group and its other brands, serving as a primary advocate and embodiment of our core values and highlighting our distinctive qualities to current and prospective employees.
✍️ Your daily tasks will be
- Act as the primary ambassador for Yolo’s employer brand, ensuring a strong and consistent representation of our core values, culture, mission and business goals.
- Together with the Internal Communications and Branding Manager, Talent Acquisition Lead and People Experience Lead design and execute Yolo’s employer branding strategy that complements our people and business, and differentiates us as an employer;
- Help bring our employer brand to life through authentic storytelling and content creation across our ecosystem, including our career site, social media posts, internal communications channels, and events both internal and external;
- Consistently update and oversee all Yolo Group’s social media accounts (Instagram, Linkedin, Youtube, Facebook, etc.) and digital channels to maximize employer branding efforts, including providing support for our core brands' content sharing if needed (Bitcasino, Sportsbet.io, Bombay, etc.);
- Create and manage employer branding calendar and communication actions across relevant channels and platforms, both internally and externally;
- Support various employer branding campaigns, generating innovative initiatives independently and in collaboration with various teams, ensuring these initiatives are in line with our business needs, brand identity and message;
- Support media relations to build employer brand effectively, and look for new ways of collaboration.
- Support preparations of career fairs, conferences and other external or internal events when it comes to employer branding;
- Oversee the handling of employer merchandise from idea to execution in accordance with brand guidelines;
- Together with the Internal Communications and Branding Manager take care of sustainability reporting and supporting ESG activities in the employer branding area;
- Conduct post-initiative evaluations to gather feedback, analyse the successes and make recommendations for improvements;
- Conduct occasional employer branding mapping to see how we are doing against the competitors.

- The ability to think strategically and align employer branding initiatives with the culture and company's overall business objectives.
- Proven hands-on experience in employer branding and communications role with a good understanding of employer branding and communications strategies and best practices.
- Proficiency in managing various digital marketing platforms and tools, including skills to effectively promote the employer brand on social media (Instagram, Linkedin, Youtube, Facebook, etc.) and other channels.
- Knack for content creation and storytelling in the context of employer branding;
- Creative with a strong eye for design and detail;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Estonian;
- Previous experience in handling and managing employer merchandise;
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with internal stakeholders, external partners, and potential candidates, fostering a positive employer brand image;
- Ability to measure the effectiveness of employer branding strategies, using data-driven insights to make informed decisions and improvements;
- Flexibility and adaptability to adjust employer branding strategies in response to changing market dynamics, business priorities, and candidate expectations;
- Previous working experience in a fast-paced iGaming or Technology company is beneficial.
